Fashion photographer Elizaveta Porodina has released "Found Dreams," a new book published by Prestel that compiles two decades of her most transcendent projects, with a foreword written by Ariana Grande, according to Dazed Beauty. Porodina said her visual style, built on vivid, psychedelic imagery, traces back to a recurring childhood dream of a violet hillside inhabited by mutated beings and figures with purple eyes.
Born in Moscow and raised in Munich from age 12, Porodina trained in psychology before shifting fully into photography, going on to shoot campaigns and covers featuring Zendaya, Ariana Grande, Paul Mescal and Brad Pitt. She cites surrealist artists Méret Oppenheim, Leonora Carrington, Dora Maar and Remedios Varo as influences, saying she's drawn to their ability to make reality feel unstable.
