CurrentBody has launched a new LED Red Light Therapy Face Mask, the Series 3, priced at $500, according to Who What Wear.

The mask contains 750 bulbs across six wavelengths — red, near-infrared, deep near-infrared, blue, green and yellow — and lets users customize which wavelength targets specific areas of the face, down to the individual bulb, through a touch-screen remote and companion app that saves custom treatment settings. Sessions run about 10 minutes.

CurrentBody says the mask's bulbs are certified for clinical quality by Veritace and that the device has undergone independent clinical trials demonstrating effectiveness for concerns including wrinkles, acne, pigmentation and redness. The mask ships with a dustbag, charger, user manual and Veritace card.
