Bratz is releasing a special edition fashion doll modeled after Olympic gold medalist Alysa Liu, launching exclusively on Bratz.com on November 6, according to Teen Vogue. The doll replicates Liu's gold, sequined skating dress, a pair of white skates and a medal, along with her signature striped brown-and-blonde "halo hair."
The collection also includes five smaller Bratziez dolls in Liu-inspired outfits, including her gold skating costume and a warm-up look, each with its own mini medal. Bratz president and creative director Jasmin Larian Hekmat said in a statement that the brand "wanted to get every detail right, from her halo hair to the way the fringe moves on her dress."
